I cannot see a purchased reading

Sign in to the account you used when purchasing, then My readingsto continue reading. If you purchased as a guest, use Restore with your receipt and recovery PINto reconnect your reading.

How long can I access a purchased reading?

Your complete reading and chart explanations are available for one year (12 months) from verified payment. There is no recurring payment or automatic renewal. The exact expiry date is shown in My readings. Reopening a reading or connecting an account does not extend the period.

Which payment methods are available?

The English edition uses PayPal in USD. PayPal displays the available funding options and any currency conversion. Paid sales remain closed during preparation.

My reading stopped while being prepared

Return to the saved reading in the same browser. Your work is preserved. If the service is temporarily unavailable, check again later; contact support with the product name and message if the problem continues.

Where do I request a refund?

Use Request refund on the purchased reading or contact support with its receipt code. We review the payment and delivery status before replying. Read the refund policy
